Please help Vicrez Diffuser fitment

Ordered this diffuser (See in link) a month ago. I go to put it on and the clips/tabs aren't big enough to hold the diffuser in the exact place it should be.
It looks similar to the auto plus diffuser/auto teknic diffuser.
I tried putting it in place and screwing it in a million times trying to adjust it.
They sent it with 3m tape but no directions on where tape can possibly go. Can anyone offer insight? I'm trying to figure out if i should send back or take another swing at attaching it somehow the clips go in but they are small and the diffuser hangs down.

VICREZ Diffuser

Just taking a quick look and accounting for parallax in the photo it seems the hole spacing is way off between the original and the new one. I would measure each and contact the company indicating they have sent you the wrong one. Supporting photos showing any measurements that differ would support your claim. I might be just poor manufacturing control. Nice looking diffuser though. I hope you can get it working.

I love it, but **ck I don't know what I could do to make it fit. This is the exact look I wanted. I cant order from autoteknic because they don't make it anymore. Autoplus costs too much. Its over I'm boned. I was hoping someone on the forums would have some knowledge on the matter.
If I can't get it working I will most likely get the ind m style idk.

I think i have the same vicrez bumper i bought used from a member on here. I can confirm it is not a bolt on install. I finally decided to take off the rear bumper to mcgyver it in there. I pushed the diffuser in as flush as itll go then drilled holes on the little tabs so i can pass a 16 gauge nail into each one of em to secure them in place. It worked. But i still had a small quarter inch gap left on both ends just below the rear reflectors that i filled with black insulation foam. Its all good now. The bumper is easy to remove but if you dont think you can do it, just pay a body shop to install it for you

I'm scared they'd fuck something up . I'm gonna call the auto body I normally use and explain the situation. Anyone have an idea of how much it would cost me ?

I just put in my RW Carbon diffuser on a couple of weeks ago and it wasn't too bad. It fit well but the little tabs were off a little bit. It's on there good, the holes were correct and overall very happy.

Ship it back if it's crap!
