My apologies. So the blue line is 4th gear and the red line is 5th gear. I got confused with what the dyno operator was doing.

Was a 335i w/ MPPK w/ Dinan Stage 1 which produced those numbers-- for all practical purposes the same engine and stock tuning as the M235i.

The 330 whp / 352 wtq noted above was actually included in the last page of the above link that references the numbers from Delnari.

The numbers of Delnari's run always seem to be quoted like they are gospel for the M235i which I don't quite get. A sample size of one does not make it a fact. I'll just leave it at that.

Most importantly though to the original OP... glad you are happy with the results. We are proud of the product we make and I think the continued development of the intercooler and ultimately stage 3 and beyond will put an even wider grin on your face in the future.

Thanks for the clarification.

I am extremely satisfied with what Dinan has offered to say the least. The quality of product is above par and I look forward to future developments!

Not trying to impress with these numbers, there are obviously much faster M235i's out there. I was happy with the results I got so I decided to share

my comment wasn't really directed at you, I'm glad you're enjoying your car. my point was that considering you do have a catless dp unlike most dinan customers, the numbers could be somewhat deceiving.

thanks for sharing though!

Yes this is correct. The downpipe definitely provides a good bump without a doubt!

No problem!

I suspect even without DPs numbers would still be strong. Once stage 3 comes out with their FMIC, will be a beast. I would really like to see his numbers with that since he has dps. His set up would be closer to other tunes setups then...I'd image he would be hitting close to 400whp....which on pump gas and no meth that's good IMO.

Agree, DP worth about 15 so the numbers would have still been solid.

Glad to see Dinan bounce back with some decent numbers to help justify the premium cost. Factor in what should be no warranty concerns and no hassle for maintenance also helps. I'm starting to pull off my mods for upcoming maintenance which is a hassle, some of them might not make it back on. Case in point, AFE Intake for sale, pm me for details.

What is Stage III bringing to the table? What are anticipated gains over Stage II?

The marketed number for stage II is 382 hp according to dinan (455tq). I spoke with them on the phone and they said they expect stage III to be around 400hp, with an ungraded FMIC. They are currently in development.
