Aside from the M235i badge on the trunk, it's really the only badge aside from the BMW logo on the hood/trunk (I know '16 cars got the fender badges). I think debadging it would clean it up a bit for sure, and leave people questioning what model it is you're driving, but who cares?

And no nav.

I think debadging is an aesthetic choice while adding badges is just usually a poor choice IMHO.

My 228i was de-badged when I bought it used. I intend to add the M235i performance exhaust because I like the way it sounds over the stock 228i exhaust. My car also has the M Package and THP. Once the exhaust is added, how on earth could anyone tell whether I have a 228i or an M235i?
