Back Seat Rattle

My 2014 M235i is for the most part a fairly tight car in terms of quietness and rattles. I noticed however that when I fold the rear seats down for additional storage I get a rattle that goes away when the seats are closed back up. Anyone have the same issue and/or solution?

Well once you unlatch the seat it is jus laying down...nothing is holding it down but the weight of whatever you have on it. Weight is the only solution.
