255/35/18 for rear if on springs... nothing would fit without rubbing.

Looks good, interested in your opinion of those tires. Heard they are ok for the price but don't even try to compare them to a re71 or nt01 or r888r...RS etc...

FYI i just grabbed a set of ec7, 18"s...

ET 45 front 8.5 on 225,40,18 re71
ET 58 rear 9.5 on 255, 35,18 re 71

NO rub at all, im on dinan springs and camber plates.
-2.7 front
-2.1 rear

This wheel will fit a 228i sportline without problems?

As in they bent under normal conditions or from you going off or hitting something?

pot holes. NY/NJ roads.

I have hit other pot holes harder with my old enkei rajins with no probs.

Guess you sacrifice a little toughness for lightness.

Enkeis stand up well to impact, though. Well, at least my RPF1s did and I guess Raijins too (I only had Raijins for a few months before selling). Apex wheels aren't that light so I hope they're not that fragile. Then again, I recall NJ and NY roads being terrible so I'd just drive more carefully, lol.

SRs are a good option too for those who have to deal with Beirut style roads. I am running Apex on my F23 now but GF is now running my SRs with upsized rubber. If she messes those up she's riding the bus, they're very durable.

Per APEX's website. Yes, but it requires a good of amount of camber. At least 2.2 degrees depending on tire compound and suspension setup.

APEX's 2 Series fitment page
