If you look at the hips you can see how much they differ from the regular 2er.
Far more broader and integrated into the side sill. Defined yet Powerful.

This is almost paramount to a teaser video to be honest - I mean, unless the guy taping is 007, how did he get this much time and access?

How? Lots of test mules are going around and sometimes those drivers stop to different places for different needs. BMW knows that hence why they're putting camos on the cars. Seen plenty of camoed cars parked with no one around it or even at gas stations. Not that different than other automakers

They did the exact same thing with the pics of the MR 235 - it just "happened" to be photographed from 12 different angles as it was being covered for transport. This shit ain't by chance - and it's good, because people on here are ready to die without some new info or whatnot.

The front aero is nearly identical, the rear vents are clearly inspired from the Vision GT, as well as the shape of the flares. You're so wrong I don't even know what else to say besides that you're wrong. |

Biggest disappointment is no hood scoop. No CFRP roof. And most of all, the same engine as the M235i. I thought we were going to get a full blown M car this time around. Not a warmed over 235i with just an upgraded suspension and some fancy bumpers/fenders.

I didn't realize an M4's suspension isn't a significant upgrade. Not to mention that the engine will also be re-tuned and upgraded. Also, you're complaining about these things yet the biggest disappointment to you is an artificial hood bump (it's not a hood scoop). Doesn't really make sense. It is definitely not a rewarmed M235i, just like how the 1M is not a warmed over 135i.

Full blown M car for 50k? You'll never see anything "full blown" under an M3/4. Already been discussed 1000 times why.

Vision GT was a sketching exercise mostly using also M design cues. So it's wrong to say Vision GT was the single basis for the M2. |
