Just in - 2015 228i DSB
So I want to start by saying this forum has been a lifesaver for me - both during the build process and while I was biding my time waiting for my car to ship drooling over all your pictures. Seriously.
I normally wouldn't bother making an account and posting anything, but I feel like I owe it to some future mystery viewer who will be in the same boat I was. Also, if you have questions/want my opinion about anything, just ask. My car arrived last week after 3 long months. Here are my specs and a couple preliminary iPhone pics I snapped at work (I'm planning on taking her out for a nice scenic drive with a real camera sometime soon). The pics are unedited... the color really varies that much depending on conditions. Love it. 2015 228i: Deep Sea Blue Metallic exterior Style 385 wheels Oyster/Black interior Fine-wood trim Heated front seats H/K sound Driver Assistance pkg Lighting pkg Premium pkg |

I love the color of the car with the Oyster Seats! I have seen that car in person in that color and I loved it. Please take pictures of the interior for us so we can see how the Oyster/Black looks in the 2015 model. I had Oyster/Black in my BMW 128i and I miss it so much. I heard the back of the seats are now matching to the oyster. I would love to see the fine-wood trim with this combination also! Gorgeous car equipped just right!

It's been great so far... been experimenting with sport+/sport/comfort settings as well as the paddle shifters. Can't wait till I'm out of the break-in period to really push it. Considering how much more fun it is to drive in sport/sport+, I'll be curious to drive through a tank of gas with each to see if MPG is all that different. If not, I know how I'll be driving it...
