BMW M235i - Mineral Grey
So, a couple of weeks ago i traded in my R56 Mini Dooper for an ex demo M235i with 2.5k on the clock. No regrets at all. Fantastic car that does everything i want and more. No M performance parts on it or anything like that and it doesn't have the LSD, but really do like the mineral gray metallic paint (plus almost everything else about it) Spec: Media Package - BMW Professional Driver Comfort Package Sun Protection Package Visibility Package Enhanced Bluetooth telephone with USB & Voice Harmon Kardon Hi-fi Ext. mirrors - folding, auto dimming Elec fr seats + driver memory Through-load system Adaptive M Sport suspension Reversing assist camera Sport automatic transmission Wouldn't have ordered a third of the equipment if it had gone to a factory order; all i asked for was something petrol and automatic. Definitely going to be a long term keeper thats for sure. |

You're so lucky getting a demo like that with those options!
The ferric gray slats work so well with MG. Congrats! |

Thanks, yeah you can't go wrong with a colour like MG. Looks great in all lights. My interior is Dakota black with the brushed aluminium trim. Will try and get a pic up. Suppose with it being a demo they went conservative with the colour choices. having said that, they did have a mineral white in stock with the red leather interior which looked a really nice combo but it had been sold two days prior, which is why the salesman who was using mine turned up on the Monday to find his company car had been sold (It wasn't due to be listed yet). I put the deposit down without actually seeing it or test driving it which is a first for me. The only faults that needed correcting were a small scratch on the driver side sill and a couple of scuffs to be sanded on the lip of the front spoiler which were done in a day.

Thanks!
Cheers The ferric gray is nice. Didn't realise the alloys were painted either until i saw the vehicle for the first time (wasn't on the spec sheet). Odd how BMW didn't match the shades with the ones on the wing mirrors. But I'm not entirely sure the mirror trim is meant to be ferric gray. |
