Re M235i

Anyone know what 19" alternatives are being offered and cost to upgrade from the standard 18"s? I hate to shell out another $1500 Cdn, but the standard 18"s aren't that good looking. Thoughts/Comments?

Performance parts prices aren't out yet.. should be available at end of the month. But these are forged so probably like $3k

These should be the other option - they are for the M135 anyway.

No idea on pricing yet for these either.

If they are truly forged, that's cheaper than any aftermarket choice. Given their pricing on cast wheels though, the price will be higher than that.

I don't disagree, but it's not exactly a new thing that aftermarket wheels offer more choice than BMW. OP wanted to know what OE choices were, seems like he's been shown what we know so far.

Dare I say it but as always thanks gang for the insight and I too agree these two BMW performance choices are not good and likely too expensive anyway. Looks like I'll be sticking w the factory installed rims - not that good either.

Don't let "the man" hold you down. Aftermarket will surely start offering viable options.

I hear ya - but if I'm going to order summer tires on the OEM 18s rims, and I've already got a set of aftermarket 17s rims w winter tires, then there really is nowhere to go from here. I can't justify having to remove the summer tires, shove them on another set of aftermarket rims that I'd have to purchase, only to have to put them back on the OEM rims at the end of the lease.

Does anybody have any idea when we will able to get performance parts?? I really want the exhaust, as it sounds sweet, but I was hoping to factor the cost into the lease.
