Thanks. I'm going to miss her. She's been with me since they were released in the US. I think she was the second one in San Diego. Loved the test drive in the 235 and can't wait for her arrival.

Did you get your car?

Mine was also on Altair Leader. Its been 8 weeks since I dropped off my car in Munich (on Dec 9th).
It was on Altair Leader.
It was supposed to reach Port Hueneme on Jan 16th. I think it reached on time but I have not got my car yet. The tracking phone number still says "in transit".

Yes, I've had mine for 7 days now. It did reach the port on the 16th but still took until the 27th to get to my (very close) dealer. I was getting no information from my dealer the whole time and had to resort to the 800 number and marine tracking websites to know where it was. I have some issues with my dealer that I will (maybe) address later due to all of this. However, the car is DEFINITELY worth the wait!

Hey dude, sorry to hear you had trouble with your dealer. My dealer is also very close to the port of arrival (Port Hueneme).

Glad you finally got it ! And nice to hear that she's worth it

I've also gotten almost no information from my dealer until now, and I've let them know. Let's see how it goes.

Say, how do you plan to "address (the issues) later" ? (or how did you) I ask just in case I need to do the same.

Good to know you got yours on 27th.
I finally received mine only on February 20th - A full month and five days after the ship landed!
I had dropped it off on December 9th. So it has taken 74 days (10 weeks + 4 days) for me to receive the car.
My dealer (Steve Thomas) was terrible in keeping me informed of the status. I had to call BMW many times and they originally told me it was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of Feb. Then they pushed it to the 13th and Finally it got delivered to the dealer on the 17th. Even after receiving the call the dealer did not call me. I had to call them to find out about the car.

I have complained to the BMW NA customer service department. They owe me a follow up call!

Despite all the trouble the car is a blast! Absolutely agree it was worth the wait.
