Did I miss the ship or is the paperwork behind?

Voyage details show a Dec 17th departure on the Faust, but the "Received at Terminal" shows Dec 18th. So is that due to a backlog of paperwork or did my car arrive a day late? Anyone else experience this?

You should go off the Voyage Details.

I have a feeling that my car missed the ship as it says "received at terminal" rather than "loaded on ship" in the status bar

Well I guess their a few days behind on paperwork as the status finally change to "Loaded on Ship"
