Are M235 ED still coming out of dealer allocation?

Usually how long after a model is released before they are not tied to dealer allocation? Seems hard to get a deal with such limited supply.

I noticed you're in CA, so try Steve Thomas BMW (http://www.bimmerdavid.com/). I got a fantastic deal on my M235i for ED.

Allocations for new models do not have a set period when they come from the ED pool of cars. The pure M models all come out of dealer allocation forever. The M235i does not come from the dealers allocations. You should be able to get a deal for ED at the above mentioned dealer, as well as a few others.
