gawd dealers are so flaky...
So I have an M235 on the boat through Schomp BMW here in Denver. Only have a non-binding deposit down at the moment. My issue is that they say the best money factor BMW is offering is .0017, while everyone on the forums says it is .0013. BTW I easily qualify for top tier credit. I called other BMW dealer (Murray) and at first they also said it was .0017. When I said the online community was pretty adamant it was .0013, they suddenly "found" a memo effective December 2nd that said the current best is in fact .0013! I hate getting taken advantage of, and I'm ready just to drop the deal. Any advice?

Walk away. If they're shady in trying to make you a customer, imagine what they'll do when they don't need to court you anymore.

Service departments are sometimes amazing while sales is horrible... I would just press hard on the money factor.

If you have any sort of email or proof from another dealership I would provide that to them. If they don't match walk away unless you are willing to pay a bit more.

I'm also having a very difficult time getting .0013 on the mf. I just started today with a new dealer and I started the conversation with exactly what I want. We'll see if they give it to me. I've learned much from this forum and this thread especially, and I don't see myself settling for anything other than .0013 before msd's.
