2018 M240i xDrive Lease Price

Hey everyone, I traded in my m235i about 1.5 years ago for an M2 that I eventually sold as well. I took a break from cars but am looking to get back into a 2018 M240i xDrive. Obviously I know what I paid for my 2015 at the time and was just wondering what I should expect to pay for a 2018. Thanks!

6% off is invoice but residuals on 2 series suck right now if you lease.
