Hi, I thought I should share this great bmw tip with all you guys.
Here I show you how to keep Bmw wipers upright for snow days or even winter storm, so u wont have ur wipers stock or freeze, so I hope it help someone out there, so please share so it help more people. Enjoy...

If the wipers are up and you start the engine, do they automatically come down, or do you still have to press the wipers stalk down once for them to come back down.

Asking because if for some reason there's a lot of ice at the rotation point, you don't want the wiper motor to try to force its way through the ice.

Good tip! My father was wondering why on earth BMW didn't foresee winter conditions and wanting to have the wipers up when the car is parked overnight during a storm

They do not automatically come down. You have to press the stalk down and they will come back down.

This way if you turn the car on to warm it up with the wipers still up you don't smash the hood as well.

That said, the first 4 & 1/2 minutes of the video are superfluous and can be skipped.
