I used to park this way for this same reason.
But after my car got spit on and intentionally dinged
(same month, different places), I stopped.

At least, this car is a lot shorter than my previous 5er, so I wouldn't mind parking head in, leaving some space to the block..

But geez.. Spit on??? That's crazy..

Yup. It looks like it gets less attention parking normally.
So far so good. lol

Those wheels are gorgeous!! Whole car is lol. Was waiting for your pics, thanks for posting. Offsets look to be pretty perfect (ie nicely flush, not sticking out) but your comments on this? Satisfied with the Enkei purchase? Looking forward to the lower MP decal too. With your colour, your wheels...brilliant!

Quick question...do the BMW centercaps fit the new wheels. Oops, one more...were the wheels hub centric or did they require centering rings?

Thanks, won't bug you anymore lol.

Thats fucked up. Luckily I haven't had any such experiences but I wouldn't be entirely surprised if it did happen, humans suck.

I'll get some up later this week. They won't be special since I don't have any interior mods, but I'll post some nonetheless.

I wouldn't have made the post if I didn't mind being bugged!

I am VERY satisfied with the wheels. I was actually slightly hesitant on how they would turn out, but they are close to perfect. I only say close because I would have preferred the fronts to be a slightly higher offset so I could put on some wider tires and have a bit more clearance. The fronts have a tiny bit of poke, but I would say it's barely noticeable. The rears could probably be a slightly lower offset to be flush, but again I think it looks great as is. I haven't had any issues with the setup thus far, but I feel like the fronts are really pushing it in terms of clearance with the fenders.

The wheels look great though, and more importantly they are lightweight (18 and 18.8 lbs) and stronger than cast wheels (they are flow forged) which is one of the main reasons I gravitated towards them.

I didn't try out the BMW center caps since I am missing one, but they seemed like they would fit fine? Wheels are hubcentric, no need for rings.

They look great with either center caps. Such a great choice of wheels!

Thanks, great info. That's unfortunate about the fronts, I was thinking of up sizing as well, 235/40 and 265/35 fr to rear as Apex did with their photo shoot in the forum. Sounds like the rear could take it but the front...maybe not? Wonder if Enkei could be convinced to offer a 45 offset for the front, which seems to be the norm for an 8.5" rim. Probably wishful thinking. Next time you've got your camera out, would appreciate a couple of pics where we could see the f/r offsets you've described. From the photos already posted...still looks damn good!!

Great looking car those wheels are dope.

So pissed! I really like the RS05RR wheels but I can't find anyone that can get them anymore. Enkei says special order in amounts of 40 plus only. Great choice again.

Like the look, the only thing I objectively don't like is the center caps. Makes the wheel look too... Dull and aftermarket. I would put top priority on putting normal BMW center caps in if it were me. It will make the car look so much better.
