I don't have that problem.
That's it

Can you send us a picture? There is no plastic in the design of our Muffler Bypass Exhaust System. Let's get this squared away. Marketing@fabspeed.com

We now offer a Secondary Catbypass Midpipe to mate to our Muffer Bypass Exhaust to make it even more aggressive!

No CEL will be triggered from the removal of the secondary cat.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by your second question, I'm going to shoot you a PM!

Secondary cat? Do you mean resonator?

Hey Bobby, I meant that when its time to return the car at end of lease, how hard will it be to get the midpipe off and stock secondary cat back on?

Because the muffler bypass itself already states it's bringing the exhaust to a "near factory break point."

I just reviewed this with the R&D team. Apparently they were under the initial impression that it was a cat due to the stamping on the casing. We dug a bit deeper, though, and it turns out that is a resonator. Thank you for bringing that up. We're adjusting our nomenclature now.

The midpipe is designed to bolt into factory settings. So the re-installation of the factory midpipe is as simple as pulling the Fabspeed one out and replacing it with the OEM one !

had the sportcat for half a year now and no CEL. Works like a charm.

Nervous about putting on the muffler delete, any way to work around the loud cold starts? Is it tame enough in comfort to not be too obnoxious?

It's loud as hell, you can turn the cold start junk off in your tune. I ran the same thing from vrsf (half the price) and decided I liked hearing my radio so it came right back off, it's now just for Dyno runs.
