Best Way to Get Data Baseline before Tune without a Dyno

Looking to do the MHD Stage 1 tomorrow. I want to record some data logs either with BimmerLink or OBDlink. Looking for suggestions on what to record to compare after the flash. Will be using my butt Dyno but hoping to get some data points. Boost PSI and not sure what else I should log

Make sure you use all the parameters. Boost, throttle, timing, wgdc, ltft, stft, vanos, etc etc. better to have more information and not less.
