what's this metal thing next to the intake

I’ve seen photos of other cars and there’s usually a black cap sitting on top of whatever this is. Anyone mind telling me what it is so I can find the part no for the cap?

I think it is for the A/C.

Thats a a/c service port

That is where you discharge and charge the A/C system with a refrigerant agent. If you want to do that yourself, check the refrigerant type for your car and remember to add oil to the A/C compressor!
