My kids run 1.5 miles for times/standards and average right at 8 mins.

1- Your are right .
I noticed that when Mike-Benvo tuned my car from LA .

Depends of when I'm tired of not , and mostly depends of the testosteron drive level .

I need to go for blood sample 2/year to check my PSA level in blood because in my family prostate cancer is the doom word !
It's on both sides of my family , mothers side and fathers side !
So I went for 23andMe and they said that I have about +90 % chance to get the damn prostate shit too => https://www.23andme.com/
That's why a 2/year blood sample as precaution to the shit !
And they saw that I have pretty good testosterone levels and probably that explains my good libido .
