I say 50k for loaded M235i and 57k for loaded 435i??

I think those estimates are pretty accurate I would say about 60k MSRP for a fully loaded 4 series.
This article http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/bmw/4-s...date-and-price is saying the 4 series will start at 28,000 british pounds ($42,000) then again cars are always cheaper in the US than they are in other countries, another article i read said that the 4 series will be about $3,000-4,000 more than the 3 series F30

Would love to see the 435i M-sport or M435i or whatever it's going to be.
+1

The 2 looks a bit like a "baby dimmer" I think it's because of the of the back but then again I don't like the red so it's hard to tell. As a potential buyer of both of these cars I am leaning more towards the 4, a lot of people saying it's big but it's only an inch longer and wider than the e92

one of the two will be my next car.

i expect that here in Italy the 225d M-sport will be at the same price of the normal sport-line 420d, 40.000-45.000€ maybe even more...
218 hp on a lighter car will make the 2er a lot more faster and fun to drive than the 4...

I was very excited about the 2 series and I think it looks pretty decent in the photos, but sort of reminds of a 1 series vs an e92.

Would probably opt for the 4 series with that comparison in mind.

I like them both, but sign me up in 2015 for a base M2 manual with just comfort access and heated seats. Ok thanks . Current F30 is loaded and I've pretty much figured out what I can live without...

I'll be honest. I did not expect the 2 to look this good.

Maybe its the photos but the trunks on both look like a cooler wouldn't even fit because of the short vertical space?

How is the M235 a major improvement?

Secondly, a loaded M235 is not going to be cheaper than a loaded 135is ($53k), so I think your wanton pricing is a bit off.
To me the design of the 1 series was very feminine. The designs come down to opinion. A loaded M235i can not possibly exceed, lets say 55k? That worries me on the 435i pricing. Whats your guess on the 435i?

Every time I build a 335i xDrive, it rings up in the high $50s. So, I figure a similar F32 build will come in around $61K, and it will be very possible to get to $65K if you aren't careful.

Essentially, the F32 and the F10 535 will be priced equally, is my bet. Seems like a weird choice, but oddly enough I do find myself cross-shopping the two.

Hehe, yes. But why disrupt an accent line when it could easily be moved just below it? It's a recent trend, one that they used to not do, which looked cleaner, allowed for drip free drying and didn't have alignment issues.

While I'm complaining about really insignificant things related to fuel doors, why has BMW also lost the ability to mount the filler neck perpendicular to the body work? Our E82 and E84 both have oddly positioned filler necks.

Have I mentioned that the TPMS valve stems seem to have a slightly out of whack threading too? This stuff is killing me!

I hope the smaller series does not lose the exclusivity I enjoy now! 2 all the way!

Well, seeing as you're content with the cup holders, I'll cut you some slack.

I appreciate that. I never use cup holders, I removed the worthless ones in my old M Coupe and tend to use the current ones as a poorly shaped phone holder.

I'll bet you don't often get what you wish for.

I'd posit that they won't be that exclusive, relatively speaking, seeing as they will likely cost less than the 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 series. But, to assuage your fears of being seen as among the hoi polloi, it'll surely be more exclusive than a Chevy Malibu or Nissan Altima.

4 series looks like a boat and will drive like a boat. Bye bye driving dynamics.

Was excited for the 2, however, 4 is looking sharp to me. Unless there is a huge price gap between models, or its much less engaging, i'm going for the 4!

All of the smaller Bimmers look like clown cars. BMW needs to make them sharper and meaner instead of rounded.

Of course the 4 is longer, sleeker, and better looking than the 2. The 6 is the same to the 4. The 3 was the same to the 1. You all know what you're getting at this point.

For someone who owned a pair of e92s and is now very happily in an e82.. the F22 looks like the perfect upgrade in a couple of years. BMW knocked the design out of the park, I am beyond excited for it.

I like the 2 series cause it's smaller. To me the current 3 series coupe and 4 series without mods and m sport look extremely long and disproportionate.
