This is something that can be coded to work. I did it on my 328. Search the coding threads on the forums.

Thanks Pete...couldn't say if my dealer did it. My trunk opens closes just fine with the spoiler.

Hey before I order , it the M235 coupe CF spoiler you fitted right ?

Yes, the one from the M performance catalog...counted toward my Visa rebate card. Again, no issues to date.
