MPE exhaust tips coming out unequal
Looking underneath can't see how this is possible but the tip on the drivers side is some 10-15mm longer ( tips have been removed so the difference is in the actual exhaust placement. The only reason I can see is the welded sections must be out causing it, thinking manufacturing tolerances as opposed to Fitment fault. Any thoughts Gents

Thanks! for your feedback don't feel so bothered now guess I could adjust the one tip out further to match but they stick out quite far already with both tips pushed fully on, must learn to control my OCD on a new car cheers again for the reply.

Which may be normal apparently (BMW Advised) within reasonable acceptable tolerances from manufacturer. Adjust tailpipe trims to accommodate. I did notice however if you try to adjust the trim out by too much you do get a noticeable gap where the trim slides on and the exhaust finishes which doesn't Look as OEM. An issue with cutting the original exhaust too short also, it just doesn't look " As One " The exhaust should fit into the recess lip of the trim I believe ideally |
