Symptoms of a failing vacuum pump

Hey all,

Have a 2015 F82 that sputtered pretty bad. Took it to a guy and he said the fuel pressure is reading 800psi which is low. Ordered some HPFPs off eBay, put them in, and now there's no fuel entering the cylinders (pulled a plug and did a bore scope camera). So we took the replacement fuel pumps out and put the old ones (that made the car sputter) back in, hoping we could at least get some fuel flow again, and still, there's no fuel flow past the pumps. Fuel leaked out when we removed the pumps, so there's fuel present. Just not sure why it's not making its way to the cylinders. Perhaps the internal camshaft in the pump has broken as well?

Also there's no power brakes (prior to the sputtering), which I know are vacuum driven.

Anyone else had a similar issue?
