Sun shade?
Has anyone purchased a windshield sun shade for their F22? I've been looking at the BMW, BMWCCA and Bavarian Autosport online stores, and it seems no one offers them, most likely because it's a new model -- but I want to be sure I'm not missing anything.

Not sure if anyone received their sun shade but I got mine today so here is a picture for those of you who want to see it. I ordered the 228 version from their site since they didn't have one specifically for the m235i. It fits perfectly fine and it looks pretty cool. The quality is great and I opted for the silver color for my MG. The bottom corner has an additional flap that I forgot to fold out so it does cover the windshield well.

Hey... I've been looking for one of these for a while since I got my car (living in Texas is a necessary item pretty much year round). Been trying to see if ones from friend's cars fit. Tried one from an X1 and it kind of fit, 3 series, not really... Just ordered a covercraft one. Now I have to wait a few weeks will using the cheap $10 one for an "unnamed" auto store.
Thanks for the info.

I don't know if this is useful for you guys but I found this sunshade:
https://www.heatshieldstore.com/sun_.../2_series/2014 I had one of that brand on my late 1 series and it fit like a glove, I didn't even have to drop the visors for the shade to stay put. My 5 cents. I wrote this same reply on another thread related to the sunshade for the 2 series. |

I've been looking for one that folds up very compact for easy storage. Do any of these fold up pretty decent for storage in car when not in use?

are there sun shades for the side windows. It would be nice to have them at least for the main doors. Keep the driver and passenger seats from heating up.

I put my Flexshield behind the passenger seat and my passenger can recline the seat w/no damage to shield or seat. If I had four people in my 235 I'd have to put Flexshield in trunk. |
