I wish I could lower the car 'cause I know it'll look so much better, but I know I'd end up trashing my front end. I'm just not consistent enough with being careful to prevent it indefinitely. My last car was lowered by 2.5" and while the front remained in good condition, the underside was beat to hell.

Looks awesome though. Especially with the spacers.

Alpine White m235i. I was turning left on Alafaya.

When you get the exhaust, shoot me a PM. I've been split on it for a while. When I hear it in person will hopefully help me make up my mind. I work right across the street from UCF.

Honestly it's not as low as you might expect. It's the perfect drop in my opinion. Looks great but you can still pull out onto the street carefully and be totally fine.

Nice. I'm over at Siemens actually so I split my time between being here and UCF. And I've seen your car around nice to know your on here.

The exhaust will have to wait but as of Sunday the jb4 and downpipe will be ok if you want to check that out. PM me for my number if you want.

Yeah I work there too. May go to cars and coffee Saturday morning. Have never been, hoping it's worth it out at Championsgate.

We should run the cars when you get he JB4 to see how much faster you'll be than mine being bone stock. Mine is an auto though.

Are the Cars and Coffee here any good? Championsgate is an easy drive for me coming from the 429. I have nothing going on this Saturday, so I could make it down there.

I tried asking a few friends that are more into the car scene than me about it, and they all said they are too lazy to wake up early and go look at cars in a parking lot. They only get up early to race/autox.

There are some pretty rare/exotics that show up on the Cars & Coffee facebook feed, and I have nothing going on Saturday morning so I'll probably be heading that way to check it out myself.

I would love to see a row of 2's out there...

In your opinion, are the sound/ performance gains worth the money for the intake?

I don't have any concrete information about gains but it does feel maybe a bit stronger. More than anything you can really really hear the turbo now. I know that might not be everyones cup of tea but i really like it. And for 230 bucks, id say hell yeah its worth it! Again though thats just my opinion.

If it didn't already make much performance difference, I'm sure once the engine is working harder with the jb4 and down pipe that are going in sunday that extra breathing ability will come in handy.

You can really hear the difference at 1:30 of the vid and even more around 7:45.

I like that the turbo is pronounced now with the intake.

I don't know that it yields any gains though, but not a huge investment to worry about. Didn't someone posted their dyno regarding pulling the intake box completely and seeing no gain?

Yeah if anything the gains are small but it does feel at least a little bit more gutsy but just barely. 10 HP is what they claim but such a small increase is hard to feel. Like I said with the DP and JB4 going on soon though ill be feeling much more pull.
