No it doesn't. The rear passengers get seat belts and the passive roll bars.
The only airbags deployed in the back seat are side curtain airbags and there is nothing there to mount the airbags to in a convertible.

The 2 doesnt, but is also a less expensive car. Side airbags for the rear could be mounted in the front seat backs, or the bit just below where the front seat belts mount. Some convertibles have airbags that deploy upward rather than down from the top like typical curtain airbags.
