M Performance diffuser+ intermediate pipes+ BMS tips+ stock exhaust

In regards to upgrading to M Performance diffuser on the F22;

I think I`ve gathered that you would need to cut the stock exhaust 120mm from back end, to fit the needed intermediate pipes/ adapters extenders, part# 18302287042, for correct and alignement.

Does the BMS slip-on 3.5" tips fit the intermediate pipe?

Can anyone who have done this verify the information above?

BMS 3.5" tips does not fit the intermediate pipes, the springs inside the tips will not hold and you will most probably ruin them, as I ruined mine and had to throw away the BMS tips.
The stock tips fit the intermedate tips though, and I had to use these as a temporary solution until I find some tips that will with the intermeidate tips.

I wonder if the extender is the same diameter as a stock M-performance exhaust, which I know doesn't fit BMS tips. I do find it strange that the stock exhaust tips works on both the extender and the M-performance exhaust, but the BMS tips don't.

I'm running BMS tips on my MP exhaust, no extender pipes. No issues fitting the tips. They were tight to fit but I got them on with some squeezing to the tabs with a screwdriver.

Let us know if you happen to find some tips that work with the stock exhaust. I have a m-perf diffuser coming but want to keep the exhaust stock and the stock tips aren't long enough as is.
