Is a boost pipe (TIC) upgrade not needed?

I understand the cold side chargepipe upgrade is a good preventative mod, but rarely read about the hot side boost or turbo to intercooler pipe being upgraded. VRSF only makes the charge pipe, not the other one. Why is that? Is the stock one okay?

I've never heard of the hot side popping off. I just got the ER TIC CP, because I got bitten by the mod bug (may as well take care of everything if we're going to mod )

I would only recommend it if you are upgrading your turbo
