Nice unit. Will it fit the socket type jack points on our BMW's? I modified a couple of hockey pucks to be able to use my floor jack on my M235. In the video the blocks it shows don't look like they will fit into the recess in the frame.

Just be careful when using jack stands - nice for brake work and if doing an oil change you can reach in from the side to unscrew plug without really placing your body under car. But if you were going to lie down on a creeper and go underneath the car to exchange an exhaust from a downpipe - then I wouldn't use that jack stand - I think too dangerous. I see rally cars on four jack stands plus a few floor jacks to assist but those cars are nearly a thousand pound lighter.

Perfect for AT Fluid Change
Using my 2 Front Rhino Ramps and the Rennstands at the rear I was able to get the car perfectly level and up in the air in no time. Stands are very sturdy and easy to use in conjunction with the BMS Jack Pads.
. . When I change the AT Fluid & Pan at 50K -- I will take a photo of the set-up. . I do have traditional jack stands that I placed under the car for additional safety. I would give these 4 out of 5 (not 5 due to price). . . Cheers |
