Question about MSD

Just wanted clarification - I know MSD is rounded up to the nearest $50... If my monthly payment was $450.01, would 7MSD be $3500?

Correct. If you want to be under the threshold in that scenario, throw a few bucks into cap reduction/down payment.

If you're all buttoned up on your deal except for that, I can't imagine you'd get any push back telling the dealer to just drop the price by whatever is necessary to save you the penny a month.
