Issues/ Things that need to be checked before taking the car

Hello All,

I am doing PCD for my 228i on December 9th. I have been reading through the forum and taking note of the issues/ build defects that need to be checked before taking delivery.

Apart from regular things like VIN, order details, color, specs etc. So far I got these two that could go wrong:

1. Alarm function on the Key fob
2. Weather seals on the driver and passenger side doors.

Please comment additional things that you noticed or any other build errors that happened to most of you that needs to be checked before accepting delivery.

Mine had zero problems.

I would be very surprised that you would find any problems with a PCD delivery. They should do a better job than any dealer on prepping the car.

Satellite Radio being enabled (not activated, but in menu and able to be activated).
