Valencia Orange My First Bimmer

Hi all
Obviously I'm new here. Just retired from many years of driving what the company provided. No complaint about all that but I decided there will never be a better time to step into a driver's car. Went for the 2017 230i with 2wd and stick shift. My dealer could not show me a 230 or a stick shift or Valencia Orange so I just went on faith that BMW would not disappoint. They did not. But picking this color from a small sample and not seeing it on a car left me short of sleep while it made the trip from my checkbook to reality. It could have been General Lee orange or worse. In fact it is a really good color! And as a bonus, it doesn't show dirt.

Great choice and color. I have a 2016 228ix and love it. Estoril/oyster. You only go around once, enjoy it.

We might be neighbors....does Erhard sound familiar? Similar story about 20 years of product evaluation company cars! BTW, great choice! I would have been glad to show you this one in person, but glad you are happy with the results! The sunlight does love this color!

Amazing orange. Didn't have that color here I think. I might wrap it in orange matte next year, though

Thanks all. After a lifetime of stick shift econoboxes (which I enjoy) and many company provided big boats it's great to get into a car that handles so well. The horsepower is fun too.

I've never seen it in the sun. That metallic is delicious. If the m235 came in VO I would have gotten it
