M-Performance Package for M235

I have read a couple of threads where the poster stated they purchased the "M-Performance" package for the M235.

Is this a non-USA option? Or did the poster maybe mean they purchased several items from the M-performance catalog?

Also, has BMW ever offered an M-Performace package similar to the M-Sport packages?

Here in Canada there is a limited edition 50 unit run "M Performance Edition" that is just basically fully loaded, most of the M-Performance Parts in RWD or XDrive, Black or Red, with 19" M-Performance 624Ms. I've also seen in a local dealership an M235I with "M Performance Package" listed on the bill of materials posted next to a model in the showroom, it doesn't have all the same as the above but does have the front/rear diffuser.
