I've dealt with both Brisbane BMW and Motorline BMW.

I've purchased three cars from Motorline now over the last few years from Anthony (sales) - he is awesome, never ever had a bad experience there at all.

We went to Brisbane BMW to test drive a M235i as Motorline only had one there and it was awaiting customer delivery so we could only just have a look at it.

Brisbane BMW were absolutely hopeless, we figured while we were there we could get a quote on the trade in of the old BMW and price up the new one to see if there was any major differences in prices we received from Motorline and then decide on what to do.

We never received detailed pricing from Brisbane BMW and the sales person there was absolutely terrible, something I would expect from a used car yard selling sub 10k cars, so we went back and purchased the car from Motorline (springwood). Both before and after sales service has been excellent.
