Estoril Blue II 2 Series M Sport with some accident damage

Looks like this one was involved in a small accident.

Poor 2 series!

Thanks for posting man. I think it's the first non-M235i M-sport 2 series that we've seen.

I must say that the rear in that picture looks good.

EBII really looks good here and those wheels are sick! I would swap out the M235i wheels for this one.

It's hard to argue with EBII for the 2-series. It suits the cars lines really well. Can't wait to see one in real life.

Its an M-Sport, though it looks like either a 220i or 220d (single exhaust). My only complaint is that it looks rather tall, and those gaps between the arches and tyres look somewhat generous.

Yes it is. We've been seeing the M235i with its M-perf body kit (which is essentially the same same as the normal Msport body kit), but we have not seen the normal Msport before this (the one that will be available on all models except the M235i).

I hope that's clear enough.

M-performance is not the same as M-Sport. It has extra additions.
M235i will always be M-sport equiped, but not always M-Performance.

And the car is high on it wheels because it's probably still in transport mode.

Shame someone had to wreck it. The owner-to-be won't be happy

LOL I regarded the M235i bodykit as the Mperf one (incorrectly so) because the M235i is an Mperf model. Sorry, yes, the Mperf bodykit is add-ons only.

I meant that the M235i intake features the air blades (in some countries only). In the US it will not feature this, therefore it will look identical to the normal Msport kit, especially since US spec Msport models do not come with fogs.

My 235 got hit yesterday while parked. There is 2 inch long thin impression left on the bumper. How should I handle this? Call BMW? Just fix it myself with the other guys' insurance?

help please..

Take it to a BMW certified Collision center and then have his insurance fix it

A new option for the 2015 228i are the same wheels with a darker, 235ish-gray finish. And they're standard with the Track Package. Think it might have something to do with all the extra brake dust from the [blue] M Performance brakes. Darker wheels [presumably] hide it better than the silver ones.

Was it a hit and run?

Call your insurance company... Uninsured motorist claim, depending on your state, can be a very low deductible, and it cannot raise your rates.

Oops... Just re-read it. My error. Use his insurance, take it to a BMW place.
Not sure why you'd think otherwise.
