It's definitely 104. I set my torque wrench to 102 when I installed wheel locks and it clicked on the first pull on every other lug nut.

This is what the BMW wheel lock kit says for the 2 series:
- Size: M14 x 1.25
- Torque: 140 Nm or 103 ft/lbs
