I love how the Dinmann Diffuser looks on the 2 series!

Just got done detailing my car, I gotta say the windshield is super easy to clean. Overall thanks to the very basic design inside it's super easy to clean the whole interior. It's not overloaded with angles like the Focus I had was, nor is it loaded with shiny bits that never clean right like my Golf was. My one complaint would be the rear deck gets really shallow really fast making it hard to vacuum the deck and clean the rear window.

Soooo the child in me giggled like a lunatic last night (now i'm past the 1200 mile mark..the 'sympathetic treatment' is getting turned down a little) as I accelerated in sport..and discovered that you get a lovely little fuel bang from the exhaust when it goes to the redline and changes up

So the Things I HATE About My 2 Series is up to 30 pages now. Really? We need to revive this thread.
To preface my comments, prior to my M235i, my favorite DD was my 2011 MINI Cooper S and it was great, but this M235i is so much better in every conceivable way. Things I LOVE: 1. Silky smooth turbocharged inline 6 BMW engine. No other manufacturer does an inline 6 like BMW.. 2. Smooth like butter 6 speed manual transmission and rear wheel drive. 3. Staggered Summer setup with Michelin PSS 4. Beautiful clean design, top up or down. 5. Comfortable, classy interior with Dakota leather, Fineline Stream Wood, and attractive and immensely usable tech. I could go on and on, but I've made my point and 5 bullet points is a nice round number.

Smiles per mile is great, driving this car is an absolute joy.
RWD It's the right size. MPG pretty good Looks great, even better with Msport. Msport suspension is just right, sporty but still comfortable. Price, I got all that for 32k (CPO 4K Miles) |

The extremely helpful members of this forum that are always willing to offer help and advice. Thank you to all for your posts!
As for the car, I love that they are so customizable. There are so many enticing options both factory and aftermarket to take advantage of. |

Love that this is a fast as f$&! daily driver for me. Fat M Sport steering wheel, comfortable seats with great side bolsters, nice burble from even the stock exhaust, estoril blue turns some heads, adaptive M suspension makes the twisties come alive, and big enough for what I need but small enough to fit in my garage and leave room for a garage gym.
Friends love riding in it. Took my neighbor for a "spirited" drive the other day and demonstrated an AWD donut on an desolate road. His words..."I think I just pee'd a little." |

The odd thing is that it's a standard feature on the M235/240, while things you would expect to be standard on a $45K car like leather and rear camera are pricey options!

It depends on the market, in Canada there is no standard sunroof or nav on the M240i, but power leather heated memory seats, heated steering wheel and headlight washers are standard.
