Bimmer.work VIN decoding

I noticed something about Bimmer.work. The info on it seems dead accurate and it looks to be updated in real time.

What I mean by real time is this. When the VIN got created, Bimmer.work has my cars info before the dealer had my VIN. Also the production date... Today, my car was built. Dealer's VIR wasn't showing squat, but Wimmer.work now has a production date of today..

Anyone know where Bimmer.work is getting it's info from?

I don’t know where and how, but the very fact that this is a cool opportunity for decoding VIN pleases
