Would these rims fit on my car?

Got a 2017 m240i, friend wants to sell me her Vossens off her Lexus IS350. Don't know if these would fit?

They won’t fit without re-machining and new bolt inserts fitted, let alone any rubbing issues. Bolt pattern needs to be 5x120mm instead of 5x114.3mm and centrebore would need a centring ring to adapt from 73.1 to 72.6mm.

Thank you for this information. I'm always lost on wheels.

So do you think it would be worth the trouble if I'm getting these at a very great price?

10" rears won't fit, and you never posted the wheel offsets to even guess whether the fronts would fit, nevermind the hub size and bolt pattern issues.

You might try reading through these:

If all that just confuses you (and it may), find someone locally who understands the principles at work and have them explain it all to you. It's not particularly complicated once you get going.
