Thanks. With the summer weather here...and nicer weather I've found that I don't need to use the gel product as often. I don't want to push the issue if the interior is only lightly used. That's the case for me right now. I've been driving my E30 325i most of the time and I've already found myself detailing my entire interior on the new 2 series. I've done a full detail of the interior this week with exception of windows and leather seats.
If everything stays similar to this in cleanliness and care I only except to be using the leather care gel on my seats as quick detail on a monthly basis. Having a black carpet and door panels equipped on the 2 series helps with all of this! I didn't realize then that the carpet and floor mats (1 series grey interior) was what I spent most of my time on..Not the seats. My old 1 series was light grey leather and light grey carpet, full grey door panels and inserts, even console and 70% of dashboard was grey. Had a full grey interior. It resulted in more involved interior detailing.
