Adios M235i, Hello M4 ZCP
Unfortunately I traded out of my M235i and into an M4 ZCP today. Got a strange perfect storm and it worked out perfectly for me.
M4 is a Silverstone/Cloth 6spd w/ ZCP & Executive package, as well as carplay(which I dont really care for) M235i went away with all mods, so nothing will be listed for sale Pic of M4 for good measure |

Congrats, OP!
My boss just grabbed the same car, and I gotta say it's an animal, right out of the box. Can't wait until spring when we put a tuner on it and open it up a bit. Love all of the M modes and different characters that come with it's territory. Definitely a completely different car from a 2 series, but can't go wrong at all and I don't blame you for moving into an M4. Car is gorgeous! D

Congratulations on the new ride. I've been checking out SUV's but a CPO M4 would be the perfect storm indeed.
Enjoy!

I love silverstone and I love the ZCP wheels. Great choice!

Congrats man! How's the 6 speed compare? Is the clutch more precise? I'm guessing the shifter itself feels the same?

Rides a LOT stiffer and rougher. 20" ZCP wheels don't help at all.. Quote:

I've been keeping it in efficient mode to knock away any temptation till 1200 mile break in is over . I've found it drives a lot more like an NA car in efficient. No noticeable turbo spool, which is great. With the 2er, I'd feel the turbo in every circumstance no matter how I drove it. I guess this engine is just more powerful from the start than the N55 sans-turbo. Twin scroll vs twin turbo maybe too? Not sure. |
