Feedback on M Performance suspension and the M Performance brakes on a 228i or 230i

Looking for a discussion with anyone who has installed these dealer installed components on a 228i or 230i. I've pulled the trigger on ordering the install and would like some real world experience reports on the ride/handling and the general improvement/impression of the brakes.

One specific question is that I understand that while an 18" wheel is required I drive this car year round and will be installing a winter set of wheels. I'm concerned about tire clearance under the fender with the lowered stance of the car.

Grabbed a 2016 228i for a great price and thought to make is a bit of a sleeper. JB4, exhaust, suspension, brakes natch.

Again looking to hear from owners that have installed the M Performance suspension and the M Performance brakes.

Congrats on the new car!

Will be interesting to hear what you think about the new suspension.

Indeed I am looking forward to the build. I traded a 2014 228i so I've plenty of time on the M Sport suspension and this particular 228i has the base suspension. I moved my 18" aftermarket wheels over and the arch gap is pretty noticeable right now. The M Performance bits go on the car next week. For the price (about $1100 installed) it seems like a lot of bang for the buck.
