Flash Tune Feedback N55 EWG
Looking for some feedback and people running flash tunes on their EWG F22's. There are so many out there now that are starting to come off Beta. I'm looking to turn in my JB4 for a proper flash.

i just Got the BM3 Stage 1 today (waiting on my Down pipe and inter cooler to show up before loading stage 2) and i couldn't be happier with the outcome. Straight forward flash. Very straight forward instructions on Pro tuning freaks website. Great customer service and support team. Cant say anything bad about the BM3 product personally.

+1 on the Bm3. Running the stage 2 as a BEF with a JB4 to control meth. Very happy with PTF and their support. Top notch.

http://www.2addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1480421 For mods I have Wagner DP and EVO 1 comp IC, ER CP, Dinan intake, Pure inlet, BM3 stage 2 OTS 91 octane, JB4 with BMS WMI with the 1 gallon tank. Usually I run something like E20 to get about a 94 octane since we don't have 93. The increased octane definitely helped with the timing.

I'm going with the bm3 platform as well. I just need verification on something about their obd hardware option and then I'll be placing my order. I'll post my impressions after a week or so. Going stage 1 until I get a DP.

+1 on bm3. Running stage 2 with fbo and it has been excellent. The support is top notch as well. I had to update the firmware on my agent and Dzenan was great enough to remote into my computer and help me through it since I'm a complete noob with that stuff.

I’m also having a had time deciding. I’m leaning towards bm3 since it supports iOS but I do have an old android somewhere. Did you get one yet?

BM3 offers 91oct and e30 maps. Or you could use BM3 91oct map as your base tune and then use JB4 on top of BM3 for your e30 tune.

I extremely doubt you can VW your way through the emissions test using BM3 (or any tune), but I could be wrong.

Hahaha. I think your right. I have the cat simulator but haven’t put it on yet. I’ve read mixed reviews on how long it actually works for so I’m waiting until my emissions are due. I really hate swapping pipes back and forth.

Flash tunes like Bootmod3 and Active Autowerke will hide the CEL code, you will still fail emission tests if you have catless downpipe

Finally got the the BM3 OBD wifi device today and flashed. Pretty smooth process. Much less nerve wracking than coding my car. I'll post overall impressions after living with it for some time. I'll say this though. Power delivery is super smooth especially when compared to the AA8 that it replaced. Only running stage 1 for now until I get down and charge pipes.
