Will BBS CH fit ?

Hi everyone!
my car is m235i. May I know if the BBS CH Wheel will fit to my car? Will it touch the brake caliber or other problem?
18" x 8.0: +35 Offset
18" x 9.0: +35 Offset
If so, what is the best Tyres specs should go with these wheels.
Thanks

that offset of 35 for the rear is too low!!

it will poke way too much, consider stock offset is 52 for the rear on a 8" wide wheel

That's like putting a 16mm front and 30mm rear spacer on the stock wheels. Check out this site for sizing help. https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/

For reference, here's 18x8 et40, 18x9 et44. The rear is flush. I'd actually prefer an et48 out back.

I'm glad BBS had these sizes off the shelf, I'd only tuck in the rear a few mm's if I went with a custom fitment.

Garage List
Any chance of running 255/35-18 tires on those rear rims, verses the stock 245/35-18 tires on a M240i?
