I don't think anyone ran a head to head comparison on xdrive. I chose Eibach for xdrive because they don't lower as much as H&R. Any lowering spring on the stock shock is but a compromise. When I was looking for xdrive lowering springs options I could find the following:

1. Dinan
2. Eibach Pro-Kit (lower by 15 mm front and 10 mm rear)
3. H&R (20-25 mm lowering)
4. Vogtland (about 15 mm lowering)
5. Lightweight (about 15 mm lowering)

No matter which spring you choose supplemental bumpstops are highly recommended. OEM part numbers 31331138814 front / comes from E39, 33536762722 rear / comes from E60.

For the wheels it depends on what size tires you are planning on running and how wide a wheel to give you accurate offset suggestions.

I think i will go with the eibach springs
Zito 935 wheels
Front 8.5x19 ET 35 with 235/35-19
Rear 9.5x19 ET 45 with 265/30-19

Will this fit?

The wheels will fit with on the stock suspension. Lowering it at all when you have no camber will rub front and rear.

I'm running 8.5x19et39 with 235/35/19 in the front and under compression it would rub the inner lip if I was lowered. Would need to roll fenders and add camber with the et35 you're looking at.

9.5x19et44 with 265/30/19 has about 10mm of poke. Even under compression, there's still ~2-3mm of poke (what I'm running on the back). et45 would bring that to about 1-2mm of poke for you, but again would need camber to fully clear.

Lowering springs don't add camber, they just add compression so to speak. If you want camber, would need actually coilovers (for the back) or camber plates in the front.

What about 225/35-19 and 255/30-19 with eibach springs.

That should clear fine. IIRC there's people on here with those sizes on H&R and Dinan springs and had no issues.

So installed my new wheels.
Front 8,5x19 ET 35 with 225/35-19
Rear 9,5x19 ET45 with 255/30-19

I will install a MP style from lip but i need to lower the car but Im worried about the front lip. I live in a country where the roads are good.
Dont know wich springs I should choose for My xdrive.
Eibach 15/10 in my opinion its to litle for the rear.
Vogtland 20/20 Im afriad of the front.

IMHO, any lowering may make that lip impractical in a lot of situations. Aesthetically it may look OK but any bump on the road, climbing driveways, underground parking lots, etc., and you are done with it.

Could you, please, post some pics of the Eibach springs on M235i xDrive? Not many of them on the internet. Thanks!

I just put in my Dinan springs for my m235xi (xdrive). I am running 235/40/18 and 265/35/18. The drop was amazing.

Here you go, MichalM240i. M235i xDrive on Eibach Pro Kit.

The first picture I tried to make sure the car is parked strictly horizontal, not tilted forward or backwards, and the camera got the right horizontal level, so it's the actual "front rake" you get with Eibach springs (front about 5 mm lower if measured). Wheels are 8x18 ET38 and Michelin PSS 225/40 and 9x18 ET44 with a 245/35/18 tire.

...
and the last one is not as representative, but as long as I am posting pictures... meatier Pirellis 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 and 8x18 ET37 and 9x18 ET44 wheels:

OP, I'm running dinan on my xdrive with m624 19's. Also added 15mm spacers in the rear and 10 in the front. No rub what so ever.

Im ET 39 Front and ET 45 Rear.. This may not work for me since my wheels sit more flush with the fenders.. Id like to try but if I rub then I'm not sure how to fix since fenders are pretty much rolled from factory already, at least the rear is I believe.. Any thoughts?

Wouldn't work for your setup. You'd most likely damage the fenders. Rear is rolled factory, but front is not.
