ride change

I recently bought a 2018 M240i. I had to ship it interisland to get it home. When I drove home I noted the ride changed. When I test drove it, the ride in comfort mode was great for my old back and neck, but when I picked it up after shipping I feel every small rivet in the rode, worse at low speed. Also feels like the back is bottoming out even in comfort mode. Disappointment, my first new car in 7 years.

Comfort or Sport mode.

Tires over inflated.

Check to feel if some type of shipping block was inserted on top of strut so no damage was done when they cinch the car down on the trailer.
