Where is the EDC control module? Trunk?

Hey all,

Getting ready to code out EDC, but I'm aware that there is an EDC control module that must be unplugged. I tried finding it in RealOEM but was unsuccessful, makes it seem like there are two modules, one for the front and another for the rear, but this could be two totally unrelated modules.

I was told it is probably located in the trunk under some trim pieces... can anyone help me with this or post a picture?

Thanks in advance!

It's in the trunk. Right rear side, you need to remove the panel to get access to it.

Attached are a few pictures from BMW's ISTA/D.

I'm having issues with my adaptive suspension. I feel that "sports plus" does not work. From comfort to sports I feel the steering get heavier but from sports to sports plus nothing happens. It used to be an obvious difference. No error codes are been thrown. Anyone encounter anything similar? Should I check for a fuse or look at this module? Wanted to do some trouble shooting before I took it in. Thank you.

There are only two steering weights and two suspension settings overall, Sport+ only reduces stability control compared with Sport defaults (heavier steering, harder damping, aggressive throttle, aggressive shifting for automatic), although adjusting the chassis/drivetrain settings allow you to set the steering weight to “normal” for sport mode.
