Thanks ska! The reason I asked is I am doing a European Delivery and have been sold the car comes with a safety triangle in europe but it (and it's brackets) are removed prior to shipping. Hoping to remove and take it home back to the States.

April 20th at the Welt, no snows required, officially. Hopefully it wont be too cold for the Brenner Pass, then no worries through Tuscany and on to Nice.

The triangle removes and the brackets stay. Also don't forget to take the first aid kit with you as well. I did ED in September 2014. Have fun

Sorry to hear they took the brackets. The ED Guide told us to leave them and that they wouldn't be removed. I did close them after removing the triangle. Maybe if you left them open it looked like something they should remove

I guess to be safe in the future, if easy enough I will remove them before dropping off the car.
