Single Exit Exhaust on M235i
I have had this strange idea since the other day about what would it look like with an M235i with a single exit exhaust angled out the left rear kind of like some of the "Supra" exhausts look like except just a Could anyone render something? What's everyone's thoughts? Too Rice?

I've seen it done on a few 135i's...but they had a single exhaust opening in the rear bumper. It might look funky unless you cover it up or buy a diffusor for a 228 |

I'm a fan of the dual exhaust myself

Personally, I think it would break up the symmetry of the rear but to each his own. There was a time when dual outlet exhaust was reserved for higher powered cars but now you see the on everything from Nissan Altimas to Mini-vans.

Personally I can't stand the angled exhaust on anything other than a Japanese car. Even then it's limited to just Supras, RX-7, etc. Just my opinion though.

a single 3" would produce more gains throughout the band. The dual is just for looks.

Actually I don't think that's an exhaust at all. It's a leaf blower. But I'm still confused because I don't think they have leaves in Nevada.

3.5" is overkill. You might actually lose power with that. You want to keep the pressure consistent from the turbo to the exhaust tips. Hot air moves faster than cold air.
